New Features
Ship-to E-Mail is now filled in automatically when a custom Ship-to address is used on a Sales Order. +
When a Sales Order uses a custom Ship-to address and no Ship-to E-Mail is specified, the field now defaults to the Sell-to E-Mail. This ensures a valid recipient email is always available for the shipping connector, so shipment notifications reach the correct recipient without manual entry.
Ship-to E-Mail field on the Sales Order is now shown together with the other ship-to address fields. +
The Ship-to E-Mail field in the Shipping section of the Sales Order is now controlled by the Show Ship-to Fields feature flag instead of Show Waybill Lines. When ship-to field visibility is enabled, the Ship-to E-Mail field is displayed alongside the other ship-to address fields, so the recipient email can be verified or corrected directly on the order.
Bug Fixes
Fixed: Waybill is no longer transmitted to the carrier before the Warehouse Shipment is posted. +
A waybill could be transmitted to the carrier before the Warehouse Shipment was posted. This could result in a shipment being registered with the carrier for a warehouse operation that had not yet been confirmed, potentially causing incorrect tracking data or premature label generation.
The issue has been fixed so that waybill transmission is now blocked until the Warehouse Shipment has been posted.
Fixed: Auto Create Waybill now correctly links to Warehouse Shipment instead of Sales Order on require-shipment locations. +
When the Automatically Create Waybill setting was enabled and a Warehouse Shipment was created from a Sales Order on a require-shipment location, the waybill was incorrectly linked to the Sales Order instead of the Warehouse Shipment. This caused the waybill to be associated with the wrong source document, which could prevent correct shipment processing.
The issue has been fixed so that the waybill is now always linked to the Warehouse Shipment when one exists, as it is the Warehouse Shipment - not the Sales Order - that executes the physical shipment on require-shipment locations.
