Improvements New Feature

General

Waybill Creation from Posted Sales Shipment.+

You can now create a new waybill directly from a posted sales shipment. When triggered, the waybill is automatically populated with the relevant shipment details — including the Ship-to address, Shipping Agent, and other required data — saving time and reducing the risk of manual entry errors.

Test Connection Button on Connectors.+

A "Test Connection" button has been added to connector setup pages. This allows you to verify that your connector is correctly configured and able to communicate with the external service, returning a clear success (200 OK) or failure (400 Bad Request) response without having to perform a full transaction.

Bug Fixes Bug Fixes

General

Correct Phone Number Now Used on Waybills from Warehouse Shipments.+

When creating a waybill from a warehouse shipment on a sales order that uses a Custom Address or Alternate Shipping Address, the system was previously not picking up the Ship-to Phone No. correctly. This has been fixed. The waybill now uses the appropriate phone number based on the shipping option selected on the sales order — whether that is the default Sell-to phone, a Ship-to address phone, or a custom Ship-to phone — with a proper fallback to the Sell-to phone if the Ship-to phone is empty.

Shipping Fee Now Assigned Automatically After Posting Shipment.+

When the "Auto Calc And Assign Ship. Fee" option was enabled, the shipping fee was not being calculated and assigned to the sales order automatically upon posting a shipment. Users had to trigger the fee assignment manually as a workaround. This has been corrected — the shipping fee is now automatically calculated and assigned as expected when posting.
