Detailed Descriptions:

  • Show Total VAT lines even if 0 - Includes VAT lines in the total section even when there's no VAT on the document
  • Show Shipment - Displays shipment numbers on the report
  • Show Assembly Components - Shows components from assembly orders
  • Show Assembly BOM - Displays the assembly bill of materials
  • Show Serial/Lot No. Appendix - Adds an appendix showing serial/lot/package numbers
  • Hide Qty. in Serial/Lot No. - Hides quantity column in the serial/lot number appendix
  • Show Lines with Zero Qty. - Includes document lines that have zero quantity
  • Show Only Lines With Outs.Qty. - Filters to show only lines where Outstanding Quantity > 0
  • Show Lines Qty.to Ship > 0 - Shows only lines with quantity to ship greater than 0
  • Show Lns With Qty.ShipdNotInvd - Shows only lines with shipped but not invoiced quantity > 0
  • Hide Lines With Zero Line Amt. - Hides document lines with line amount = 0
  • Group Empty Bundle Values - Groups lines with empty grouping values together when using line grouping
  • Hide Total Section - Hides the total section from the report
  • Use Clmn Setup Blank Type Lns - Uses the column setup for blank type (comment) lines instead of showing only description
  • Hide Lines With Blank Type - Completely hides comment lines (lines with blank type)
  • Show BarCode - Displays combined barcodes (fixed preset values for shop floor/warehouse processes)
  • Hide BarCode for Comp. Lines - Hides combined barcodes specifically for component lines (only visible when Show BarCode = true)
  • Show Item Track. on Prod.Order - Shows item tracking lines for components on production orders (Production Order report 6082711 only)
  • Show Sales Comments - Shows sales comments on handscanner/warehouse reports
  • Show Only Item Lines - Filters to show only item type lines, excluding other line types
