Send more in a single email
Send multiple purchase orders together in one email instead of a message per document, and set up different email templates for each reminder level — so your communications fit the situation.
Master Data attachments in the email preview
Files stored as Master Data on a document can be attached straight from the email preview dialogue, so everything goes out together.
More predictable sending profiles
When no sales-invoice sending profile is configured for a customer, the system falls back to the general default rather than the sales-order setup — so documents are sent the way you expect.
