- Navigation between CMIs — when a CMI is completed, the user is now offered the option to open the next one in the filter directly (3491)
New Features
Risk Assessment Reason can now be configured as a mandatory field on CMI templates (3513)+
A new field, Risk Assessment Reason, has been added to the CMI client/matter creation. The field replaces the field Comment on ML Risk which could not be used in the CMI mandatory fields setup. The field can be configured as mandatory per CMI template via the CMI Mandatory Field setup by adding field 875 Risk Assessment Reason L365.
If you have previously used the global setting Risk Comment Mandatory in CMI Setup, this must be turned off if you want to manage the mandatory check going forward via the new field in the CMI Mandatory Field setup. The two settings do not work correctly at the same time.
When upgrading the app, existing risk assessment reasons are automatically migrated to the new field, so no data is lost.
If you are using the new Risk Assessment functionality, you are not affected by this change.
Bug Fixes
Completing a CMI now offers to open the next CMI in the filter directly (3491)+
In a previous update (3404), it was fixed so that the page no longer automatically jumped to the next CMI when the last step was completed. Instead, the page closed and returned to the overview. However, this turned out to be impractical for users working through multiple CMIs in sequence, as they had to manually find and open the next one.
The behaviour has now been improved. When a CMI is completed and there are more CMIs in the active filter, a dialog is shown: "CMI [no.] has been completed. Do you want to continue with the next CMI in the filter?" If Yes is selected, the next CMI opens directly. If No is selected, the page closes and the user returns to the overview.
If there are no more CMIs left in the filter, the message "CMI [no.] has been completed. There are no more CMIs in the filter." is shown instead, and the page closes automatically.
