New Feature

Case Management

The Time Report in Invoice Controlling has been improved with dictionary translations and the option to hide quantity and amount. (3090)

The time report has been updated with a request page, allowing users to choose whether quantity and amount should appear on the printout. In addition, all headings can now be edited via the dictionary, increasing flexibility in report customization. (3090)


The report is printed from Invoice Creations:


Three new options have been added to select which columns appear on the printout:

  • Show Amount

  • Show Quantity

  • Show Rate (To be implemented later in the standard report)


All labels are now translated using the Dictionary. The following standard translations are created in new companies. These translations can be adjusted, and custom translations can be added:

Users can now only see their own report inbox. (3072)

Users can no longer see other users’ report inboxes. To grant selected users access to all report inboxes, you can enable the “Allow all report inboxes” setting in User Setup. (3072)



Previously, if the Report Inbox was opened from Search (Alt+Q), all users’ reports were displayed. Now, only the current user’s reports are shown.



In User Setup, it is possible to grant access to all users’ report inboxes by ticking “Allow all report inboxes”.

Integrations

When retrieving company data from CVR that includes C/O addresses, the text “C/O” is now inserted before the address to clarify that it is a C/O address (DK only). (3113)

Fixed an error in the report Update sales prices on matter entries

Fixed an error in the report Update sales prices on matter entries, where the progress window previously displayed incorrect percentages. The progress indicator now correctly shows how far the report has progressed. (3122)

Archived Matters list updated with missing translations

Translations for the Debt Collection, Reconstruction and Estate Management buttons has been updated on the Archived matters list. (3094)

Finance

Reminders

Previously, it was not possible to reverse issued reminders. Users encountered the error “Sorry, the current permissions prevented the action...”. This issue is now resolved, and reversals work as expected. (2251)

Liability on group level

  1. To improve the reconciliation process, subtotals per group have been added to the liability report Customer – liability / receivable – Matter. Previously, only a grand total was shown, making it difficult to get a clear overview of group-specific amounts. (3125)

  2. Errors in group-level liability reconciliation have been corrected, where the Group receivable field previously had an incorrect label. Additionally, the last line for the group level was not inserted correctly in “Liability Reconciliation Details,” which is now fixed. As part of the improvements, “Liability Reconciliation Details” can now be exported to Excel, and the related matter can be opened directly via menu buttons. (3109)

  3. Posting on matters with group liability has been corrected so that the liability level Group and the associated group number are now stamped correctly on all financial entries, customer entries, and detailed customer entries. This ensures more accurate and consistent recording of group liability in the accounts. (3107)

Liability adjustment

If liability adjustment was run on historical dates, amounts were calculated incorrectly because bank balances were based on current balances instead of balances on the specified liability date. (3096)

Sales Documents

Printing drafts

Printing a draft failed when a long date format was selected and a lower date was added, e.g., “September 1, 2025 to October 30, 2025.” This issue is now resolved. (3104)

Speed of printing drafts and invoices

The speed of printing drafts and invoices has been improved. Previously, printing could take a very long time if “Include time entries on invoice” was selected—especially in solutions with large historical datasets. (3112)

Headings displayed correctly

Matter headings on consolidated invoices were previously truncated on invoice/credit note drafts, so the full text was not visible. This has now been fixed so that full headings display correctly. (3068)

SharePoint Integration

Fixed an issue where it was not possible to attach files from SharePoint when creating an email from the matter using the “New Interaction” function. (3097)

Setup

In BC version 27, it is now mandatory to set up a number series for employees. The requirement for resources remains bypassed. For solutions without an existing employee number series, a manual number series is automatically created during the update to BC27. (3117)
