For better control on the integration Status on a Waybill Status has been splitted in two:

Status: Status on the Waybill itself

Integration Status: The Status on the integration with other systems.

Setup

On the Shipping Manager Setup it is possible to have som automation on the field

Close all Package event: You can choose that the system automatically closed all waybill lines / packages when the releated document is posted (Status: Packaging Finished)

Send Waybill on Post Document: If true the Integration Status will change when the related Document is posted (Status: Ready to be Send)

Daily Use

Waybill Line Function: Close All Packages

When you are done with all you packages you can on the waybill under Waybill Line -> Function - pick close all packages. All Waybill Line will be status Package Close and the Header Status will be Package Finished.

Waybill Header: Status

The Waybill Status tells you something about the status on the waybill.

Possible Options:

Waybill Created
Packing Started
Packing Finished
Shipping Agent Ordered
Picked up by Shipping Agent
Deliverd to Recipient
Closed
