To get an overview of all your Warehouse Shipments it is now possible to get an overview of all existing activities and to have one place where you can manage all your warehouse Shipments.

Daily Use

Go to Business Central Search -> Warehouse Shipment Overview

Functionality

In the action bar you have the following possibilities

• Show related documents

• Create shipments related to Bundling Setup

• Release and reopen warehouse shipments

• Create pick/s

• Post Shipment

• Assign Warehouse Resource

Status Warehouse Shipment Status

Document Status Should it partially or completely picked

Completely Picked Indicates if the shipment has been fully picked

Waybill Created waybill on the shipment

Warehouse Resource No.  Resource assigned to Warehouse Shipment

Shipment Date Date for Shipment

Customer No No on the Customer related to the Shipment

Customer Name Name on the Customer related to the Shipment

Ship-to Address Address on the related to the Shipment

Ship-to Country/Region Country/Region Code on the related to the Shipment

Merge Shipment True/False if the Shipment is merged

Pick No. List of Pick No. Related to the Shipment

No. of Picklines Count of picklines related to the Shipment

No. of Shipment Lines Count of picklines related to the Shipment

Total Quantity Base  Sum of all Base Quantity on the Shipment
