Release Summary
This release adds two new features to the OIOUBL XML export: the "Your Reference" field is now included as a Buyer Reference, and comment lines from Sales Invoices and Credit Memos can optionally be exported.
Buyer Reference is automatically populated from the "Your Reference" field — no setup required
Comment Lines export can be toggled on via a new setting on the Sproom Connector Settings page
Both features apply to Sales Invoices; Comment Lines also applies to Sales Credit Memos
New Feature
"Your Reference" as Buyer Reference in OIOUBL export
The "Your Reference" field from the Sales Invoice is now automatically included in the exported OIOUBL XML document
This means recipients (e.g., public sector buyers) can match incoming electronic invoices to their internal purchase orders using the buyer reference, improving straight-through processing and reducing manual reconciliation.
No configuration is needed — the value is populated automatically whenever the "Your Reference" field has a value on the Sales Invoice.
Include comment lines in OIOUBL export
A new setting, Add Comment Lines, has been added to the Sproom Connector Settings page.
When enabled, comment lines (lines of type blank with a description only) from Sales Invoices and Credit Memos are included in the exported OIOUBL XML.
Comment lines are exported with a quantity of 1, a zero amount, and the line description as the item name

To enable:
Open Sproom Connector Settings in Business Central
Enable the Add Comment Lines toggle
Future exports will automatically include comment lines
