Release Date: 11. February 2026
Release Summary
This release extends the OIOUBL electronic invoice export with two new capabilities. Sales invoices and credit memos can now include the customer's reference (the "Your Reference" field) in the electronic document, and descriptive comment lines from your sales documents can be carried through to the electronic invoice.
- The "Your Reference" field is now mapped to the
BuyerReferenceelement in the OIOUBL XML, helping customers route and match electronic invoices in their own systems - Comment lines (blank-type lines with a description but no item or amount) can now be included in electronic invoices and credit memos sent via Sproom
- Both features are controlled by settings in the Sproom Connector setup
New Feature
Customer Reference in Electronic Invoices
Electronic invoices sent via Sproom now include the "Your Reference" field from the sales document as the buyer reference (BuyerReference) in the OIOUBL XML. This allows the recipient's system to automatically match and route the incoming electronic invoice based on the reference the customer provided when placing the order.
New Feature
Add Comment Lines (documentation)
Electronic Invoicing with Sproom now supports including comment lines — blank-type document lines with a description but no quantity or amount — in the OIOUBL electronic invoice and credit memo. Enable the Add Comment Lines toggle in the Sproom Connector settings to ensure descriptive text lines, notes, and terms entered on the sales document are preserved in the electronic document sent to the recipient.
