### General

#### Resolved an issue in the inventory API where items with zero stock incorrectly displayed available quantities when purchase orders were within the assigned quantity period.

#### Details

- Previously, for items with zero stock, the system incorrectly showed future purchase order quantities as immediately available, rather than reflecting the correct availability dates.
- The system now accurately displays available quantities based on the actual stock and the expected arrival date of purchase orders within the assigned quantity period.

#### Impact

- Inventory forecasting for items with zero stock is now accurate.
- Users will see correct available quantities, improving planning and forecasting reliability.
