Workflow giver mulighed for på tværs af sager automatisk at udføre diverse beregninger samt tilknytte opgaver udløst af f.eks. dekretdato (antal efter-punkter).

Der kan tilknyttes et Workflow på en sagstype, men man kan også altid undervejs i processen skifte til andet workflow.
