# Opret nye standardmapper

**Abakion Legal guide**

Hvis man som bruger vil ændre eller oprette nye mapper, der standard oprettes på nye sager, skal opsætning af mappegruppen ændres.

1. Søg **Mappegrupper** frem i øverste højre hjørne [**Alt+Q**]

2. Marker den mappegruppe der skal ændres. Klik på knappen **Mapper** i båndet

3. Vælg knappen **Ny** i båndet og lav opslag ved at klikke på pil til højre

4. Vælg **Ny** nederst til venstre

5. I vinduet Mapper vælges knappen **Ny** i båndet. Indsæt Navn og vælg OK nederst til højre

Når man vælger at hente den nye mappe ”med ind” kommer denne tekstboks. Her vælges **Ja**

6. På alle nyoprettede sager vil den nye mappe blive tilføjet

Når mappegrupperne er oprettet, tilknyttes de sagstypen. Fremsøg sagstyper [**Alt+Q**]i øverste højre hjørne

Vælg Sagsundertyper

Indsæt den nye mappegruppe i kolonnen **Mappegruppekode**
