Payment agent - Default payment method
It is now possible to specify a default payment method, which will automatically be suggested if there have been no previous payments to a contact. (3194)
If a vendor has been created, the payment method from the vendor will be used.
The setup is done in “Payment Agent – Setup” under the field “Default Payment Method Code”.
Sales Documents – Payment information on credit memo printouts is hidden
Payment information at the bottom of the credit memo print is now not displayed by default. If payment information is required on the credit memo, the functionality can be activated in Invoicing Setup by selecting the field “Show Payment Terms on Credit memo” under the “Sales Documents” tab. (3114)
Setup - validation of fee dimensions
It is now ensured that fee dimensions cannot be set up incorrectly. (2405)
A dimension must not both:
be selected to be included in the fee allocation, and
be configured as Client Fee Allocation Dimension or Matter Fee Allocation Dimension.
Bug Fixes
Export of client payments
The export of client payments to Danske Bank has been changed so that one file is now generated per bank account instead of a single consolidated file.
All generated files are collected in a ZIP archive, which contains one file for each bank account. (3228)
A bug has been fixed where payment entries were incorrectly assigned the payment type “Both”, even though this was not correct. The logic for assigning payment types has been updated to now reflect the correct transaction type. (3226)
